Even though you may not be as tempted to cover all of your food with melted cheese during the Summer (though I don't think melted cheese ever made things worse), Summer brings all kinds of diet-spoiling delicacies to tempt you away from tofu.
The one that conjures the most memories of childhood vacations on the lake (no, not gin and tonic) is the s'more.
Like macaroons and cupcakes, though, we can't just leave well enough alone when there are variations to be had. The s'more has developed a cult following in gourmet shops, adding dark chocolate, matzoh cookies, gold flakes - you know, the things you have at normal BBQs. But if you don't want to pay premiums for what you can make at home, here are a few ways to up your game from the comfort of your own badminton court.
